Terrible service . Called me for help with getting in gave them directions and never received my mattress.
View on GoogleDre with TCA logistics helped us tie down our mattress. He was the only person who came to help and I’m not even sure he works for mattress firm. If he does he needs a huge raise!! He spent well over 20 minutes insuring our mattress was tied down. When we asked initially dre was not there and the two guys who helped load the mattress said they “didn’t have experience in tie downs” even though there is a sign asking for assistance if needed. Also jenae sold us the mattress and went above and beyond!! She is amazing and also deserves a huge raise!! Thank you overall mattress firm/king for our amazing mattress! We are so excited!
