This place is amazing! Ashley was absolutely fantastic.
We stopped at Rooms To Go first because I had received a mailer advertising “queen mattresses starting at $297.” Spoiler alert — they were nowhere near that price. Feeling disappointed, we decided to check out Mattress Firm across the street, and I’m so glad we did.
We were immediately greeted by Ashley, who was incredibly helpful, personable, and genuinely refreshing. She completely restored my faith in good customer service — which, honestly, I thought was a thing of the past. She took the time to understand what I needed, walked me through my options without any pressure, and helped me get an incredible deal on a wonderful mattress that’s being delivered tomorrow. And I got a free mattress stand (not sure that’s what it’s called but it’s electric and raised the mattress to sitting position).
Corporate, if you’re reading this — give Ashley a raise! Truly. Even if I hadn’t found the perfect mattress, I probably would have bought one anyway because of how exceptional she was. Had I not been on a timeline I could have talked to her all day 😂

I had an excellent experience working with Mr.Ian at Mattress Firm Wendover Village. Ian is incredibly knowledgeable and truly a sleep expert. He took the time to understand my needs, explained the different mattress options in detail, and helped me find the perfect fit without any pressure.

I am a repeat Mattress Firm customer. I was lucky enough to having met Ian, now the store manager at Wendover Village on W. Wendover, just over a year ago. He is personable, knowledgeable, and a great listener. He was honest and worked hard to find the right mattresses and bed frames for me at the best value. I found that Mattress Firm has the best selections. Prices were most competitive, and service/delivery was extraordinary. With that rewarding experience, I went back again this past month to buy another mattress. He was excited to help me once again.
Once again, he earned my business and I expect to call on him once again when I need my next mattress. Ask for Ian.

Ian at Mattress Firm was awesome to work with. He took his time walking me through different mattress options and really made sure I understood the differences instead of just trying to rush a sale. He also showed me how the adjustable base works and let me test everything out so I could feel the difference myself.
You can tell he actually cares about helping people find the right setup, not just selling the most expensive thing. Super patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I’d definitely recommend asking for Ian.

Ian deserves 5 stars. He was very knowledgeable about each mattress and he was very patient as I asked several questions. Ian was very professional and gave me his undivided attention throughout my entire shopping experience. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to my friends and family and I would recommend they ask for Ian. Thank you for an awesome experience.
