We chose Mattress Firm based off of their amazing reviews and we were not disappointed. Mason was welcoming but not pushy. He asked questions and listened intently to what we said. Then he made recommendations and answered our questions. You could tell he had extensive knowledge of each product. He gave us time to try the different mattresses without being intrusive and was available when we had more questions. Mason is a damn fine salesman and he helped me to find the mattress that I believe will be perfect for me. He was very knowledgeable about the products that they have in the store and he also made the purchasing process fun. I had so much fun that I didn't want to leave. I could have easily spent 25 years just sitting there and joking around with the guy and talking about music and mattresses. That certainly would have beat spending 25 years in the Black Lodge. The only thing that could have made it better is if they had complimentary ☕ and cherry 🥧.They also have great financing options if you have good credit (interest free for a period of up to 72 months) with affordable monthly payments. I'm really looking forward to sleeping on this new mattress because the one I have now has passed it's prime. But thanks to Mason, I think the next 15 to 20 years that he said I should get out of this mattress and going to be a life changer for me.

View on GoogleI can only speak on the employee Brandenn... I believe is how his name is spelled. He was a saint with my wife and I on his last day at the Brook Rd store. He was professional but had a comforting aura. Was patient with all questions asked and was really good with my 6 year old. To be one employee running a store for the amount of hours he works and juggling multiple customers at a time... I was very impressed. He was a saint for sure.
