The man working right now as I post this refused to let a customer use the bathroom saying it’s personal for him , because he got diabetes. Who needs to keep a restroom for himself !? Someone from corporate needs to discipline these entitled employees , the man has trouble speaking English and his behavior costed him a great sale today , as we came in ready to buy a king size mattress

Wow!! Juan Pablo was the kindest and most understanding. So helpful and really knowledgeable on everything and doesn’t try to sell you on things that you don’t need. Excellent costumer service and variety of mattresses! Recommend everyone to check them out!! The store is very clean as well!

My wife and I highly recommend MK, Kendall! The customer service was exceptional! We were prepared to deal with a pushy/high-strung salesperson like those you find in other stores and industries. Much to our very pleasant surprise, that was not the case. Juan Pablo is very professional and highly knowledgeable. His demeanor is very welcoming. We visited the store twice and even called once! He was very courteous and patient with us throughout the whole process. Thank you Juan Pablo! We'll be by to say hi soon!
