Sandra took very good care of us. She showed us several mattress taking in consideration our needs and concerns. The Saatva mattress we finally purchased we though we would have to go to Chicago to try. No pressure sellsjust truly friendly.

This was our very first time stopping in mattress Liquidators, we were looking for something specific so we were kind of in and out. As we entered the store the two women at the desk greeted us and asked us what brought us in today, we were looking for a stand-up deep freezer or a double oven and they didn't have either one of those. They were polite and told us about their store briefly, we made our way over to the Appliance section just to browse before leaving. While we were in the appliance section a man named Terry approached us, he was enjoyable to talk to and very down to earth. I asked him if he was the owner and he told us about his past business and that he enjoyed working here now as a retiree. We had a small chat about life and he told us to try back sometime and that hopefully they would have a stand-up deep freezer or a double oven in the near future. Thank you for having such polite employees mattress liquidators, keep up the hard work Terry!

My husband and I bought a house last year, and we were in the middle of remodeling but we bought a beautiful velvet green couch from here. We finally just took it out of storage now that we are ready for it, and the ARMS OF THE COUCH are MISSING!!!! We spent $500 for this couch only to open the box to half of it MISSING! It also came with no hardware or screws at all. It’s been over a year so we don’t have the receipt and we can’t even use it because the back of the couch isn’t connect because it needs the arms to connect it.
