Buyer beware. I purchased a mattress on May 19, 2026, that was represented as new and unopened. After bringing it home and removing the packaging, the mattress appeared visibly worn, had a strong musty/mildew-like odor, and I later discovered multiple live insects crawling on the mattress surface and seams. I documented everything with photos and video. The mattress also appeared to have altered or replaced tags/stickers, which raised additional concerns about the condition and history of the mattress. Based on the condition of the mattress and the storage conditions I observed in the back of the store, I have serious concerns about how some mattresses are being stored and represented for sale. When I returned to request a refund, I was told “no bag, no refund” because I had already discarded the plastic packaging while disposing of my old mattress. No meaningful resolution was offered. Jim was a nice guy though.
View on GoogleI just bought an amazing mattress here. I went to Mattress Firm before and what they’re selling at Mattress Liquidators is much better quality and for a much reasonable price! If you’re in the market for a mattress, I highly recommend you stop by before October 4th!
View on GoogleMyself and my hubby went to Mattress and More Liquidators, Burtonsville. OMG! We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Jack who assisted us in purchasing our mattresses. He was extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he guide us in choosing the right mattresses, but he also assisted with ordering the beds to go with them. Mr. Jack went above and beyond by making sure everything was delivered on time and properly assembled. He even made sure we received mattress covers for each mattress, which was a thoughtful touch. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We will highly recommend visiting Mr. Jack if you’re looking for quality products and exceptional support. We will definitely patronize him again.
