My girlfriend and I walked into Mattress Plus not really knowing what type of mattress we wanted, but Steve made the entire experience easy and comfortable from the start. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful without ever being pushy. Steve clearly has a lot of knowledge about mattresses, he explained the differences between materials, firmness levels, and support in a way that actually made sense. He took the time to ask questions about how we sleep and helped guide us toward options that fit our needs instead of just trying to sell us something expensive. We left feeling confident in our decision and genuinely appreciated how patient and informative he was throughout the process. If you’re unsure what you’re looking for, Steve is definitely the person you want helping you. Highly recommend Mattress Plus because of him.
View on GoogleI had a great shopping experience at the store. I originally went in with a specific mattress in mind based on online reviews, but after trying it, I didn’t find it very comfortable. Steve took the time to explain my options and helped me find the right mattress. He was professional and friendly, never pushy. Steve was also very helpful with the follow-up. When I didn’t receive any communication from the delivery team, I reached out to him to check on the status. He immediately followed up and got back to me right away. I am happy with his responsiveness and excellent customer service.

View on GoogleSteve took an active interest in listening to what we wanted to help us find a mattress. He was knowledgeable about the products and was able to make helpful suggestions. He was not pushy and did not try to upsell us. He made us feel at ease when narrowing down our selection. On the day we purchased the mattress Fred helped us at the store. He gave us great suggestions on how to determine which was the best mattress for us. He also listened to what we wanted and helped us make our selection. Mattress will be delivered soon.

Was originally thinking of a Tempurpedic Firm item but given the specifics we were looking for, Steve suggested another brand that was a little cheaper and turned out to work perfectly. Very rare that a Salesperson doesn't try and upsell so we really appreciated him. Delivery was smooth and quick, thanks Steve!
