I recently had a fantastic experience at Mattress Warehouse and felt compelled to share. No sales pressure, no gimmicks — just straight, useful information. She asked the right questions about how we sleep and what we were looking for, and then explained features we didn’t even know existed or should consider — things like edge support, motion isolation, and how different support systems actually affect sleep quality over time. It never felt like she was trying to sell us the most expensive option; she was clearly focused on helping us find the right fit. Ever had a pillow fitting? Neither had we. We just bought like 5 new pillows a year, never happy with any of them wether they were $15 or $300, it didn't matter. Katie taught us why, and how to pick the right one for us. Even if you aren't in the market for a bed, making sure you have the right pillow will change your life, trust me, I feel so much better. Katie broke everything down in a way that made total sense, and you could tell she really knows her stuff. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful without any of the typical mattress store nonsense, or just trying to force feed you tempurpedic even after you said you don't like them, then go to Mattress warehouse, and ask for Katie. Easily the best mattress buying experience we’ve ever had.

Asher was great at helping me choose a mattress that suited my needs and at a price within my budget. He helped with the other things as well, answered all my questions and I learned some things too. She took the time to show me every mattress option, explaining the differences and helping me figure out exactly what would suit my sleep style. She was never pushy, just incredibly knowledgeable. Not only that, but she also helped me find the perfect pillows to complement the mattress. I left feeling so confident and comfortable with my purchase. I can’t recommend Katie enough—she’s a gem!
