Had a great experience here with Javier. He took good care of us & explained every product in detail within our personal needs. He didnt stalk us around the store like they usually do when you walk into these places. We've been long time customers here hopefully we'll continue coming back after 10 plus years at this specific location. Thanks again see ya when the new stuff comes out.

They were both very engaged with my concerns with back pain and fitted me with the right mattress. Jerry was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the innerspring and the hybrid. I felt confident with my choice. Both associates were very patient and kind. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend you visit this store.

The second I opened the door, he acknowledged me, even though he was already helping another customer. That alone made a great first impression. While the other customer stepped away to make a call, James took a moment to thank me for my patience, which really showed his professionalism and awareness. When it was my turn, he truly listened to what I needed and took the time to show me multiple options—both budget-friendly choices and higher-end options with better quality—without any pressure. Overall, the experience was outstanding. James was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He helped guide me through the decision and made me feel confident that I was making the best purchase for my family and me. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for James!

He took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses, materials, comfort levels, and support options without making me feel pressured. You can tell he has plenty of knowledge about the products he’s selling and genuinely wants customers to find the right fit for their needs. He answered every question clearly and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays.
