Chase is fantastic. He's super helpful, friendly, and if you're up for it, pretty damn funny.. He's super helpful about what really is an overwhelming decision. If you're looking for a mattress, come here in Durham to see Chase. Right near Target on 15-501. You'll be happy you did. And no, he's not my friend. This is totally sincere. 👍

Chase was managing the store, greeted me when I walked in, was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable, patient, made me feel like a valuable customer and answered all of my questions. After finding the Guess Road store unmanned and unexpectedly closed I was very happy to get the bed I wanted ordered and delivered next day, no issues. My only feedback is that this particular store and the store in Chapel Hill didn't have the exact bed I wanted to try before buying, otherwise a perfect buying experience.

Don't do it, unless you have 1k and up to literally throw away. It will NOT be the mattress you try at the store. There is NO return policy despite all the promises they'll make. All these reviews, they make you review right there on the store for a few bucks off. That's it, they aren't real reviews, they're just coupons. Salesman kept repeating comments like, "If you don't like it, we'll come get it, no risk." Order online from literally anywhere else that has a return policy. This is a minimum of 900 bucks you'll totally regret spending. They sent my disabled son a mattress that was nowhere near the quality of the one he paid for at this store. They'll tell you you can trade up, but zero returns. Trading up requires you to pay the mattress difference, plus $125 for disposal and another bogus charge. Calling to complain, you'll get passed off through a short string of people whose job is simply to say "no". When they're sure they can't squeeze another dime out of you for a "trade up" they give you the number for "Mr John Gibson", "the only one who can approve a refund". Mr Gibson is a dead-end voicemail box for angry customers. No one will return your call because no one will hear your message. At best, someone is appointed to delete hundreds of angry messages no one will ever hear. There's a long online thread of PO-ed folks who were given the dead end number. Also, we stopped at this store because there was a high school promoting a discount. It's a lie, my son received no discount and I'm guessing the school didn't get the credit.
