I had an amazing experience at Mattress Warehouse in Cross Creek, Fayetteville. Kendrick was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all the options clearly, and made sure I found a mattress within my budget. His customer service was professional, friendly, and never pushy. The store was clean and organized. I highly recommend asking for him if you want great service and a stress-free shopping experience!

After a couple of minutes, Kendrick walked up and asked if he could help us out. He wasn't pushy for a sale, he was asking questions to gather our concerns and what we were looking for. After expressing our concerns, he started telling us about the beds and different options. He listened to us on each bed to fine tune our likings. Eventually, we were able to find everything we liked. He discussed the different bed frames, beds, pillows, and more. Overall, it was a really great experience and we are very happy with our purchase. If you're in need for a mattress, go check this place out and ask for Kendrick. He will take care of all your needs. The in house financing and delivery was a big game changer as well. It made the entire process an enjoyable one.

He explained the different mattresses they had available, the different foundations and sizes, their schedules for delivery, and was upfront on all costs. He made the purchase painless and effortless. He was an excellent representative placing the customer first. I'd recommend buying from him.
