View on GoogleWhat a great experience my wife and I had with Serge Pierre, the Sleep Consultant who helped us at Mattress Warehouse on Glenwood Ave. He was patient, walked us through four or more mattresses, and clearly explained the differences in construction, feel, and value without ever pushing the most expensive option. His product knowledge and professionalism stood out immediately. We originally went in just to do some research because we really didn’t know what we were looking for. Serge asked thoughtful questions about our sleep needs and guided us through the lay-down test with several different options. He explained the features and benefits of each mattress we liked in a way that was easy to understand and completely pressure-free. What really tipped the scales for us was Serge’s honest and helpful approach. He also knew the store’s operations well, which made the purchase and order process smooth and efficient. We actually ended up buying a new bed, and it was delivered the very next day. The paperwork was simple, and we left feeling confident and happy with our decision. Interestingly, Adrian initially recommended the exact mattress that we ultimately purchased after listening to my requests; however was patient as I tried several others first. The delivery process was easy with the tracking system and even arrived early. Smooth process from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Mattress Warehouse was the complete opposite — a much larger showroom with a wider range of tiers and multiple choices within each, making it far easier to compare real options. What set the experience apart was Adrian Perry-Ingram, the Sleep Consultant who helped me. He was patient, walked me through four or more mattresses, and clearly explained the differences in construction, feel, and value without pushing the most expensive option. His product knowledge and professionalism stood out immediately. The competition had some equally appealing products, but Adrian’s consultative approach is what ultimately tipped the scales. He also knew the store’s operations well, making the purchase and order process smooth and efficient. I left feeling confident about the purchase I had just made. If you appreciate a large selection and genuinely excellent customer service, I strongly recommend asking for Adrian — he’s the reason I chose Mattress Warehouse and the reason I’d return.
