Alex is phenomenal. He really put his best foot forward to make sure I got the best bang for my buck and left with a mattress that would satisfy me and meet my needs. He was diligent and timely and we ran so many numbers and I tested so many mattresses. Alex KNOWS his mattresses. Highly recommend visiting him for your mattress needs. He’s been bugging me for a few years now and I finally reached a time where I needed a new mattress and immediately went to him for help.

I had a great experience at this mattress store! From the moment I walked in, Vivek was friendly, patient, and really helpful without being pushy. They took the time to ask about my sleep preferences and showed me several options that fit my comfort level and budget.
The store was clean, well-organized, and it was easy to try out different mattresses. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was—he explained the differences between the mattresses in a simple way that made it easier to decide.

Had a wonderful experience. Jim from the Retail Drive location was extremely friendly, thorough, and patient. At his location, they didn’t have the purple mattresses that we initially wanted to try, but showed around the showroom and worked with us to understand our needs. We didn’t buy, but he sent us over to the location by Publix in Wake Forest, where they had the Purple mattresses so that we could try them out. From there, we were met by Vivek who had already spoken with Jim so we were able to streamline the rest of the experience. We ended up purchasing a mattress at that location with Vivek (Kingsdown Sunham) as well as a couple Purple pillows. Great experience with both gentlemen and we will be recommending both stores to others!
