I had a great experience purchasing a mattress and arranging delivery out of state. Heather took the time to thoroughly listen to all of my concerns and helped me confidently select the right Tempur Pedic for my needs. Her knowledge, patience, and guidance reassured me that I was making the right decision and we LOVE our bed. What we thought would be a stressful purchase ended up being a seamless and pleasant experience. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend working with Heather.

I found it sooo helpful , not pushy , trustworthy and informative , that I purchased one and sent her exactly what she wanted. I stayed under my budget with free out of state delivery.( NC state tax was minimal ) Heather greeted me warmly and Jarrett led me only to items in my range and specifications , with clear knowledgeable information that made a decision easy. I had dreaded going in fearing hard sell , but was happily shocked to still have low key Trustworthy sales help on a top quality product , reasonably priced. Thank You , Heather and Jarrett ! My mattress store phobia is over - I found a Mattress Home … not a Warehouse !! My daughter is very happy with her hybrid Stearns & Foster Medium Firm delivered on time with care. I left feeling confident in my decision, and that is entirely because of Heather. From the moment she started helping me, it was clear she actually listened. She took the time to understand my needs, never pushed me toward anything that wasn't the right fit, and her product knowledge was impressive. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. He was not pushy or trying to oversell us anything, in fact as we were checking out, actually gave us some honest feedback and we ended up changing to his recommendation. Was honest about offering the best in terms of pricing and we feel gave us a very fair and good deal. We appreciate his service and time!
