The best work experience. Claudia was excellent in the office, and the service she provided was outstanding. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. On the other hand, Carlos is the best salesperson anyone could ask for. He always greets us warmly and is consistently willing to help. Wow! I was blown away by Mega Furniture’s prices and selection. We made the fortunate mistake to go to 2 other well known furniture chains prior to coming here. I say fortunate because we were able to compare pricing and customer service and Mega Furniture’s is by far superior. Micah provided exceptional customer service and design suggestions. He went above and beyond helping us make selections, providing information about each piece, and giving us the best pricing. They have earned my customer loyalty for life.
