Went to this store 2 weeks ago to get a mattress for my 83 yr old father. Found a queen size extra firm Serta Perfect Sleeper he laid on and really liked. None is stock, offered to buy one on sales floor but told no they can’t sell those. 2 weeks later they delivered the mattress, Dad says it is way harder than one he laid on at store. Just spoke to lady about exchange and told no nothing they can do. She also told me that they sold the floor model mattress. Very unhappy

This is an awesome store. I needed a new mattress and Keith helped me find what I was looking for. He encouraged me not to pick one right away but to try them out and stay as long as I needed. I have had this mattress now for about three months and it is like sleeping on a cloud. They are wonderful people at Messenger’s who puts the customers needs first instead of trying to sell the most expensive items.

Love my new sectional! The "Superbad Surf" color and fabric is exactly what i wanted. It's so nice to find such quality in Ottawa with very comparable prices in the city!

We have been looking for new living room furniture. We have gone to the big 3 stores in KC, and not really finding what she wanted. So we decided to try Messengers in Ottawa. They not only had a previously seen (and liked by my wife) couch. But we could get the fabric we wanted and at a better price than we found on the identical thing in KC. Score for us....The very nice lady that helped us was great. Very much a no pressure store. Great store nice people good prices. And for me, Thank gosh not acres and acres of walking.
