I purchased a mattress from Mike’s mattress because of all of their rave reviews and the recommendation of a friend. The mattress is wonderfully comfortable. However, I did not want a boxspring and asked for just a platform. The salesman showed me the platform and I asked if the mattress would slide on it. He assured me it would not. In the last two months that’s all I have done. I need to totally remake my bed every single day because the sheets do not stay in place either. When I called to ask what they could do to help I was given two choices… Buy a boxspring, more money for me or buy a different platform, again more money for me. No other options were available, and I was told by the salesman that they have NEVER had this complaint. I find that very hard to believe. It took me all of about 20 minutes on Amazon to find a few different options to use to keep the mattress and the sheets in place. But, again it was at a cost to me. There may be many other satisfied customers, but I am not one of them.

View on GoogleWe had a great experience at Mike's Mattress. Tim was helpful and knowledgeable. We got a mattress me and my wife loved for a good price within our budget. But the biggest positive from Mike's Mattress was that Tim respected our time. Once we selected the mattress, the rest of the process took under 5 minutes. Tim knew what was in stock without having to check the computer for 10 minutes (an experience we had at another store that we did not buy from). They do offer delivery, but we chose to pick it up because we wanted to take the mattress home immediately, and pick up was a great experience as well. Very fast, and the mattress was ready to go with literally zero waiting, pulled up to the door, and it was brought out immediately. Excellent experience, we will definitely go back next time we need a mattress
