From hello Dillan and Rob we're friendly,helpful,educated on the beds we were looking at, No pushyness.reasonably priced. Got our new Bed today,cannot wait to sleep in it tonight.I saw bedroom set I like also...I'll be back.

I had just moved to town and I needed a bedroom set. I had heard great things about Mills brothers, and they were just one of 5 stores my sister and I went to. They had the perfect set I was looking for and Jason our salesman was so helpful and super friendly!! My furniture was delivered 4 days later and I LOVE IT! The delivery guys were super friendly and nice too. They showed me how to use the adjustable frame --which I love!! Then about 2 weeks later, I went back and ordered the headboard to match. Was lucky to have Jason again, and he ordered it for me. He thought it would be in about 2-3 weeks but about 10 days later it was in! Had my same delivery men too!! They really care how they handle your new furniture and super friendly again!! Thank you so much for my Quality bedroom set and Super people you have working for you!!

Best customer service I have experienced. Obviously buying a mattress is not an everyday occurrence and Jason was a pros pro. He took his time with us and not only let us try different mattresses, but took the time to explain the pros and cons of each of them. He didn’t try and take us to the most expensive bed and sell us on it, rather asked great questions and gave us the facts on each bed. The sales process was smooth and he really helped us stay within our budget. Family friendly people…. Jason even watched our daughter for us while we payed on several Different mattresses. Couldn’t speak any higher of them and highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for beds, or other bedroom furniture.

Mills Brothers is a fantastic company. The salesman was outstanding and really worked with me to get what I needed. Delivery crew was professional and did a great job. They went above and beyond my expectations. There was damage to the dresser (not their fault) but they promised to make it right. Could not be happier and would recommend you shop here before anywhere else!

It has been many years since I was in a mattress store. I was very impressed with Mills Brothers Sleep Center. Jason was beyond knowledgeable. He answered every question about everything we asked. My daughter in another state recently bought a bed. When I told him what she bought he went through step by step how what we had decided on was different or better or worse. I was amazed that he knew so much about a mattress he did not even carry. If I could have given them 6 stars I would. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to learn about and purchase a really good mattress! They also delivered and setup the bed and took my old one away. EXCELLENT Service!!
