I recently visited this furniture store and had a great experience. I’ve purchased a sofa set here in the past, and it’s held up beautifully for several years. This time, I came in looking to upgrade to a larger sectional and was pleased with the helpful service I received. The staff was attentive without being pushy, and they made the whole process smooth. It’s unfortunate they’re going out of business, but that also means they have some amazing sales going on right now. If you’re looking for quality furniture at a great price, I definitely recommend stopping by before they close!

Ask for Mr Lee he will take care of you. Just make sure you have the right stuff when pick up your furniture if there's a wait.

Good experience at Nationwide first time customer.. glad I caught the sale. Kudos to the staff and the Manager he took care of me, my item was damaged, had a new one delivered the same day no hassel. The Delivery guy was friendly and had me laughing , talking about don't smile if you Don't mean it .. that was funny ... He just don't know me. I always have a nice Smile going on it's just who I am... Good customer service... 👍. God is Good..Thank you Nationwide...

Terrible customer service. I was in there parking lot 20 mins, they opened 30 mins late, The the old hutched back man put and old fake lady customer in front of me because was she spending more money and she the nerve to try an apology when they both knew they were wrong. Then she cut in front of me again and he allowed it. I was also handicapped. I hope Karma gets them both and I'll never go back-

This place sold my husband a bed full of bed bugs, it was delivered in plastic and appeared to be clean. However, we took the plastic off and a few days later, we were getting bit, due to being told it's new I never thought to check the mattress, until I went to see a dermatologist. I plan on seeking some type of compensation. How could you take a mattress and resale it. The money my husband and I have spent fighting these things and not to mention , the inability to even take a nap from fear of not knowing if one was left behind 😭.
