I had an exceptional experience with this family-owned company! Tanya went above and beyond to help me find the right bed for my mother. I had to purchase it at a distance. Tanya carefully listened to my mom’s preferences and our price range, and narrowed down the choices to three. Then, since I could not be there, she went and sat on the beds for me and described how they were in answers to my questions about various aspects. She did such a good job! When I was finally able to try the bed for myself, I realize she had picked the one I would’ve picked if I had been able to go myself. Having a staff that takes the time to listen and to Care makes a world of difference and explains why this company has been in business since the 1920s. If she did such a good job with me at a distance, imagine what she can do for you. I encourage you to try this company!

I was first approached by an Amazing sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and definitely understood his assignment when it came to what I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase. I didn't just buy it right of hand. I actually waited a couple of Days. I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT EVERY SINCE IT WAS DELIVERED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO TO THE MATTRESS STORE ON ELLIOT KNOX IN NEW BRAUNFELS TEXAS 78130.

Mark was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. Amazing customer service and an awesome selection to choose from - overall great experience. The prices are competitive with any big box store and I highly suggest starting your mattress shopping here first.

The Mattress I bought was great, but I told the salesman ( Ryan) that I didn't want a protection cover which was 90 dollars extra. Three times I said NO. But charged me anyway. I blame myself for not looking over the receipt when singing. I was in a hurry. And the two guys who loaded up my truck! Never said a word to me,not thank you,or nothing. I personally will never shop there again.
