Kevin was fantastic when it came to assisting with our mattress purchase. He took us through tons of mattresses in the showroom & was never pushy, allowing us to find one we really loved. We didn’t purchase that day, but went in the next week to buy & Kevin remembered us and immediately said hello as we walked in and helped to facilitate our purchase! Eric & his delivery partner were both fantastic, as well. Courteous and quick while delivering my mattress up a flight of stairs and around a tight turn. I will absolutely be returning to Old Brick! The entire staff was wonderful! The experience was no pressure, we visited 3 times before purchasing with Trish. Trish always had a smile and was able to answer all of our questions. Eric and Nigel delivered and set up the new sofa, including pairing the audio features to the TV. They were both thorough, respectful and kind. Thanks for a great buying experience!

We recently worked with Shay at the Clifton Park Old Brick location to purchase a much needed new mattress & box spring. She was super-helpful & knowledgeable, but also not overly “pushy”, as many furniture stores’ salespeople can be. The delivery process was also very smooth/easy, with literal down-to-the-minute, watch-where-your-driver-is updates for their arrival window, which was also extremely helpful, as opposed to other services that say, “Well, just be home between 8am-8pm & it’ll get there.” Our delivery driver was Dave, who was extremely friendly & professional. (Sadly, I didn’t get the the other delivery guy’s name, but he was great, too!). I invited tbem in to have a “lay of the land”, to see if they thought I needed to move anything else before loading-out-old/bringing-in-new: they thanked me/said all was good. The process was simple, easy, neat & they were in & out, inside of maybe 20 minutes? In all, an A+ process, from in-store salesperson/showroom, to delivery day. Lastly, if you’re a “cat person” & yours jumps up immediately, you also know all is approved.

Went to store on Saturday. Salesperson was very helpful..not pushy. Purchased living room set that was delivered on the next Wednesdsy morning as promised. Delivery guys were great. In and out in no time. Very nice as well. Great experience.

Old Brick remains my family's go to furniture store. The team there helped us out with picking the right couch for our needs. The delivery team was even more proficient and got our new couch moved in and hooked up fast and easy. Yukima was professional and very knowledgeable on moving the couch and getting it setup.
