I was researching online mattress and saw that one brand offered some models in showrooms. I clicked the link and I was thrilled to discover Online Mattress Showroom with multiple brands available to try out in person. It was definitely worth the trip as I ended up buying a totally different mattress than I was originally leaning toward based on reviews. They were helpful with information, placed my order and emailed me the tracking information when available.

Highly recommend if you actually want an enjoyable experience. We went to quite a few other locations to look at mattresses and got the same pressured sales pitch type experience at each which isn't enjoyable when you just want to look, feel, and discuss with your partner. Joe was excellent, super knowledgeable, honest, and let us do all the looking and testing without being pushy or intrusive until we asked him questions. Didn't buy right then, but called back later and purchased with Joe over the phone.. same positive experience. Can't recommend enough. Price was cheaper than online and service was top notch. Thanks Joe and OMS.

Krill was amazing. Helped me out from start to finish. I got an amazing buy on a true ice king size mattress the big black one they have in the front got it home. I’ve slept on it for two weeks. I don’t think I’ve ever bought anything that I’m happier with in my entire life

Had a great experience at the Online Mattress Showroom today. No pressure, only helpful advice. Came in with one mattress in mind but ended up buying at totally different mattress. Joe helped us and gave us very good advice. Price of the mattress is less than the online price directly from the manufacturer. Would definitely recommend that anyone considering an online mattress pay them a visit.

Wow ... talk about 5-STAR customer service. Once you've selected a mattress, they provide multiple ways to make the purchase ... it meant I didn't have to make a return trip to the physical store. Pricing was great. Salespeople were knowledgeable, professional and NOT pushy. And delivery was sweet ... they helped change out the old matress and box spring for the new. It was a pleasure working with them.
