I visited Pilgrim Furniture & Mattress City in Milford, Connecticut, to purchase a dining room set. I must say, the customer service experience was exceptional. Everyone welcomed us warmly and exhibited great patience. We specifically collaborated with representative Jackie, who was incredibly kind, patient, honest, and transparent. She provided us with the necessary space and time to make a decision that would best suit our needs. With Jackie's assistance, we were able to explore various options. Overall, the experience rated a perfect 10 out of 10. The furniture is very affordable if you are in search of anything. Should you choose to visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Jackie.

We had spent weeks searching store to store for dining Tables. And They were always too big, too small or not the right designs. But, Pilgrim had the right selection(and then some).
Fred Santana, of the Milford location, was able to help me and my wife finally find the perfect fit for our home.
He had a bevy of knowledge and answered the deluge of questions we had.
We're sharing the floor design, but we can't wait to make this fit our home.

We purchased two La-Z-Boy recliners and warranty coverage. Everyone we dealt with was awesome. Our sales rep, Jen Spats, was especially helpful, knowledgeable about all recliners and very patient. If it wasn’t for her we may not have made the purchase. As for the delivery Giovanni and his assistant were great!

Repair guy (very freindly and respectful) came out to look at badly damaged bed rails and the bed base under matress. Also look at 2 draws that have scratches.
Really upsetting the amount of money spent on this furniture and this is the quality we get?
Now I have to lose out on another day of pay on top of today for them to come back with the parts and do the repair

We stopped into Pilgrim Furniture-Milford, recently, while looking for a couch and had a wonderful experience. The attendant, Lina, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. She took the time to answer our questions and made the process feel easy and comfortable. The store had a great selection, and the customer service really stood out. We would definitely recommend Pilgrim Furniture to anyone shopping for quality furniture and a pleasant, professional experience.
