Beautiful furniture however the overall experience was a nightmare. It’s funny because we still don’t have all of our furniture and yet our new one is still defected. We bought a bedroom set without the bed frame to add on to our current furniture. Paid for everything in full but didn’t have our furniture all at the same time, had several failed deliveries, failed attempt calls, miscommunication on the store’s end, and so on.
Our initial delivery was October 18th. 2 nightstands, 1 dresser. We received all but 1 nightstand and the dresser was severely defected with major scratches on the doors and sides. The store called the day of initial delivery informing us 1 nightstand is not arriving because it wasn’t on the truck for some reason. Regarding the dresser, I called the store immediately because the delivery men didn’t speak English and rushed out of our house when we tried to send the dresser back on the truck. I called the store, hardly anyone picks up or hangs up on you. It takes about an hour to get ahold of someone unless you come in contact with someone actually doing their job. Our salesperson was pretty much helpless as nice as he was. It just seems like a lot of people didn’t know how to handle our situation(s) so far. After coming in contact, I explained the situation for the dresser and we rescheduled for the nightstand delivery that following Tuesday on October 21st. The day comes around and that fails of course.
The dresser situation was ongoing for weeks trying to figure something out, repairs to replacements, and having to explain the situation over and over again. We texted the store’s text line pictures of the defective dresser and waited days to hear back. They offered to repair if a replacement wasn’t an option, and all we had to do was schedule a time; this never happened and we never heard back after our last text. It wasn’t until a week ago(?) that we were finally able to come in contact with 2 helpful people who dug into our situation a little more. I came into contact with someone from the repair department who helped schedule a replacement for the dresser, and our nightstand as well. The dresser replacement delivery was today November 11th. It went smoothly however it was not protected like last time, and the delivery men bumped it on our doors twice (the dresser is alright though). The replacement does have a few missing patches of paint and the backboard is cracked in a corner (assuming it’s from being screwed in), but I’m sure this can be amended. At least the replacement isn’t in terrible condition like the first dresser.
Before we actually had some real help, we had 4 total delivery attempts for the nightstand. On the store’s end, the order appeared to be canceled or was never actually processed to be delivered. Even though we received texts for delivery times, we never actually had a delivery. It’s really disappointing how long this is taking given we haven’t received our nightstand yet. Today is November 11th already and we still don’t know what’s with the nightstand situation. Previously, we’ve had delivery attempts for the October 18th, 21st, November 3rd, and 8th. I came into contact with the store manager so she’d be able to look into it more, and turns out they’re not in stock or somewhere in a warehouse. We’re hoping to having our product soon. I just don’t understand how we can pay for something that’s not in stock if that’s the case.
Overall, I’m hoping this can be over with as soon as possible. I wouldn’t personally recommend people to purchase from Raymour given my experience, but the furniture itself is well made and nice. I just think this is all due to poor communication, management, and protocol on their end. Other than that, I’ve had good experiences communicating to people that I’ve actually come into contact with who all seem very nice. If I could, I would return all my bedroom furniture I bought and go elsewhere.

1. I haven’t received my paperwork yet but when got home I realize the zero interest credit isn’t really so they charged you an annual fee.
2. They delivered the wrong mattress was on phone a total of 2 hours taking pics of labels only to say a sales person will call .
3. They did call and say Monday we will work it out but we had no choice to sleep on them because no bed we gave ours away.
4. Just too much stress on us right now we kept them . You just figure you spent 7500 you should have got what you order. They are comfortable and before a holiday just a lot so we did keep them mattress cover over them .

I am very satisfied with my experience at Raymour and Flanigan. My sales agent was Tim. I went to browse the store 2 weeks prior to picking out furniture and he greeted me with a smile. I was able to ask questions, get measurements, see about financing options and anything else I needed. Went back on Presidents’ Day, he and I went over measurement from my apartment and saw the couch was too big for the space. Tim took time to show me other options as well as browse the store myself while still be available for help. I was able to find another option I loved. Living room furniture was a success and then we went to look at bedroom sets. I had one in mind already but it needed some changing due to room size limits. Tim made sure everything was correct with measurements and my wants. Helped me find a nice mattress and made sure I had protection plan for all of my purchases. Told me about warranties and how they work. Made me feel confident in my first big purchase. Everything was smoothly done and stress free. Thank you Tim, you went above and beyond for my daughter and I. Delivery was just 3 days later. Great communication with text and email messages. Delievery men were responsible, respectful and nice to my dog and daughter. Cleaned up everything behind themselves. They did everything within an hours time! Thank you guys so much. I am very satisfied with the services provided. I definitely will refer others and I will be a returning customer for all my home needs!

This was the worst purchase of my life. First, an order of a dining table set that was supposed to arrive in 1-2 weeks was over a month. First delivery date they did not show up. On delivery, it was incomplete, with a critical part of the table base missing. When that was finally ready for delivery, the delivery team arrived without the hardware and left the pieces on my floor. They also broke one of the chairs from the set. It’s been a week. Raymour and Flanigan has not contacted us about replacing the broken chair, and has not responded to our multiple phone calls. We are now missing a chair and have a non-functional table. We’ve now had to take time off of work for delivery of a set 3 separate times, and the set is still incomplete. And they charged us for the replacement chair. They also blocked me on social media to prevent me from giving them a honest review. Buyer beware.
Editing to add that after going through the credit card issuer and playing phone tag for a couple more weeks, we were finally refunded the partial cost of just the table (which remains incomplete) the table will never be finished and will have to be replaced. This was an expensive lesson to learn. The last person we spoke with at the company asked me to remove my reviews since I had received a partial refund for my unusable table. He said it wasn’t fair that my review would impact his store, since my purchase was made online. I decided that I would edit the review instead.

We had a great experience shopping and selecting several items, thanks to our fantastic sales associate, Mel C.
She asked great questions, listened to our needs, and within minutes showed us several items in various price ranges that fully satisfied what we were looking for (two traditional-style recliners and a Beautyrest mattress).
Mel C. was very professional and patient, following through our entire experience in the store with attention to detail and level of customer care that was way beyond our expectations.
I highly recommend Mel C. at Raymour and Flanagan Outlet on Central Ave for any shopping need, as the selection is huge.
The delivery experience was also excellent.
