From our purchase with Anthony to the delivery crew, everything about my new mattress purchase was great!! Anthony helped us figure out the most equivalent replacement for a mattress we loved but was 12 years old and no longer as comfortable and he gave us a great deal. The delivery drivers showed up the very next day and were quick, professional and very nice. I’ve been purchasing from this store for years and will continue to do so.
View on GoogleMy wife and I were looking for a new sofa and coffee table. We visited the Poughkeepsie store. There was a nice assortment to select from. The staff at the store were very helpful. We found one which had the right style, color, and dimensions for the space in our living room. We waited a couple of weeks before purchase, to make arrangements to give our sofa to another family member. I called by phone to make the purchase. The process was quick & simple, and the delivery setup and scheduling was easy. The delivery was terrific. The system keeps you informed by the minute, during the day of delivery. The crew was very professional, polite, friendly, and careful. I highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan for furniture selection, purchase, and delivery.
View on GoogleLOVE IT! From the sales woman Linda, knowledgeable, professional, didn’t hover which is a plus. Did pass by smile and asked if there’s question. Really sweet. Explained information on description tag, which was helpful for me. Purchased love seat recliners and separate recliner. Just as comfortable as was in store. Delivery was on time, the 2 gentleman were pleasant knew what they were doing. Carefully navigating stairs and hallway without issues such as hitting wall. Set it all up quickly. Also purchased table/chairs again they set it all up. Asked if it was all good, in the right place. Took garbage with them. I am impressed and would recommend. Truthfully I was told by a few people that had issues and didn’t like this store. I almost did not go there. Glad I did.
View on GoogleJacqui was wonderful in helping us find the right furniture for a finished basement requiring particular size pieces. Had to reschedule the delivery a day before the delivery date at the 11th hour and Jacqui was great with that also. Upon delivery, one of the end tables was scratched. I called the same day for a replacement table and the process was simple.

From start to finish, he stayed in touch regarding delivery and went above and beyond when an issue came up. Our sofa arrived damaged, and before it was even brought into the house, the delivery team identified the problem. Brian immediately stepped in and handled everything from home, ensuring the situation was resolved quickly and seamlessly. That level of care and accountability is rare these days. Outstanding customer service like this doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Brian, for making the process so easy and stress-free. And we absolutely love our new sofa and loveseat!
