We just moved in to a new apartment and came here today for a new couch. Rose helped us with everything and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. She got us an incredible deal on the couch we really loved and made the deal possible even though it was out of our price range originally. Wouldnt have been able to do it without her. Needless to say we had a great experience and I recommend anyone in need of a great new couch or mattress try this location. You wont be disappointed!

A remarkably disappointing experience.
My wife and I ordered a nursery set on Dec 1st. On Dec 16th, they called to let us know that the set (a crib, a chest, a dresser with changing table topper, and a toddler conversion kit for the crib) was ready for pick up. On Dec 20th, I called to confirm pick up (as it is a 1.5 hr drive to the warehouse). They confirmed everything was there. On arrival, the crib is not present at all and toddler rail is damaged. They told us they would let us know when the crib was in for us to pick up, and they would get a replacement toddler rail. Around new years, I left a message on their online system requesting a call back to update on the remaining pieces. By 1/8, we still had not heard about the remainder of the order. I called and they said the crib and toddler rail are both ready for pick up. On 1/12, we again drove the 1.5 hr to the warehouse, only to find that they still do not have the toddler rail and the crib was completely unboxed. I had to point out two pieces to their employees after realizing that what they provided us with would not make up the whole crib. Despite asking employees or raymour flanigan customer service, no one could confirm at that point if we had all the pieces and hardware to make the crib. We were basically told to try it and reach out if there was a problem. Finally, today they delivered the toddler rail (their one positive was that they saved us making a third trip up by delivering for us). Of course, this piece has obviously been used before and is hardly new, and we were not provided with any hardware, which I have to assume would typically come with it.
Overall, we like the furniture set, but our experience with getting it and trying to contact or coordinate anything with their warehouse and customer service was atrocious.

I’ve shopped at Raymour for many years, comparing other stores for customer service and support, quality products and comparable pricing. Again, my research brought me back to Raymour for the perfect mattress to sit within the beautiful bed frame I purchased from them several years back. But it wasn’t just the mattress itself that brought me back to Raymour after my shopping spree. It was primarily my Sales Consultant Hans Atty. Yes I could find a suitable mattress, comparable pricing and quality elsewhere…but the thorough understanding of the products, my needs and patience for my demeanor is not always so easily found. I’m grateful to Hans for actually making a shopping experience so productive, seamless and kind. Thank you for treating me exceptionally well, Hans, and thank you to Raymour for employing a gentleman with such integrity and compassion. You have a customer for life. Diane

Both Kia and Rob were extremely helpful with our dining room and sofa set ,they both really went the extra mile -ill say!
