This is how Raymour & Flanigan left my mattress after I was promised white glove delivery service.
I was never told what to expect in terms of setup, and while I was on the phone with my sales rep during the delivery, I was reassured it would be taken care of and that the issue was escalated to the regional manager.
Yet here we are—no follow-up, no resolution, no accountability.
Everyone was quick to communicate and helpful during the sales process, but the moment the furniture entered my home, I’ve been completely left in the dark.
No one has explained why this happened or what’s being done to fix it.
It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like I made the right decision during the sale, only to be treated like an afterthought the moment it was completed.
The delivery experience and post-sale customer service have been awful.

We were looking for a recliner for Father's day. We were greeted by Emily and she pointed us in the right direction. She gave us space to shop on our own which is Important to my wife and I. We found a recliner and my wife fell in love with a dinette set. We tracked down Emily and purchased them both. I can't express how Important it is to give shoppers space to shop without pressure of "clingy" sales people. This was a pleasant shopping experience for both of us.

I happen to stumble into the store by accident because I ordered something from DoorDash to be delivered in the parking lot as I drive a tractor trailer. Well, the DoorDash delivery driver did not follow my instructions and instead went into the store to deliver and so I had to follow her in. My main focus was getting my DoorDash coffee, but had to take a glance around and I can tell you I was extremely impressed with the luck and quality of the furnishings. I am definitely coming back to visit the store to check it out thoroughly. I was very impressed with the accessories such as wall, hangings, etc. that I found very unique and tasteful. I shall leave another review once I experience the full dynamics of the store, including the sales representatives work there.

So let me say, I had the pleasure of visiting the brand-new Raymour & Flanigan showroom in Lancaster, PA, located in the mall and I have to add, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! My mother and I stopped by today to shop for new furniture and we were fortunate enough to be assisted by Denise, who made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
Denise was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping my mother find exactly what she was looking for. With her guidance, my mother purchased two beautiful living room pieces and a full dining room set. What made the experience even better was that we happened to shop on a Black Friday Sale event, which meant incredible sales that made our selections easy to decide on and even easier to afford.
Denise went above and beyond to explain everything about the insurance options, shipping, and delivery services. Her detailed explanations really helped put my mother’s mind at ease and we left feeling confident and excited about her new purchases.
The store itself is stunning. It’s very well-organized, immaculately clean and beautifully designed. As someone who has been a loyal Raymour & Flanigan customer for over 10 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best showrooms I’ve ever visited.
I highly recommend stopping by this location if you’re in the area. And if you’re lucky enough to work with Denise, you’re in excellent hands! Thank you, Raymour & Flanigan, for continuing to deliver top-notch service and quality furniture!

Wow nice stuff big time. But salesmen needs to leave customer look around instead of breathing down your neck. And pushing you to something you don’t want. I wanted to get more stuff but not with that pushing you around not letting you look. From time we came to through the doors you see him run at you. Smothering you. Let me look. For him rushing us. I did not buy living room set and kitchen set cause he did not let us. Straight from be push on the bed sale to straight to the counter to pay 5 minutes not did you want some else. I felt raped and pushed out. They lost a potential another five to $10,000 more in sales by him pushing you out like that. Look like he was going to have a heart attack if he did not make that sale.
Crazy experience the sales men from hell. Not the delivering crew and set up people were awesome very professional and courteous there no joke there some hard working crew. Making sure you’re happy and satisfied. Mad props to delivery team. Five thumbs up to the delivery and set up crew. 👍👍👍👍👍 as far as the salesmen tactics 👎👎👎👎👎 need major training. It’s a shame cause they have Beautiful furniture, but they don’t let you see them. You can check them out on the way out.
