I want to share the outstanding experience I had at Raymour & Flanigan Christiana Mall thanks to the manager Sam who assisted me during my recent purchase. My Durango sectional ended up being too large for my living room because we miscalculated our measurements, and what could have been a stressful situation turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I explained the issue, he made me feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for as a customer. Instead of making me feel embarrassed about the mistake, he approached the situation with patience, understanding, and professionalism. He walked me through every option, helped me rethink my space, and ensured I felt confident and comfortable with the next steps. His calm guidance and willingness to help made a huge difference. What stood out most was how he treated me—not as just another sale, but as a person whose satisfaction truly mattered. That level of service is rare, and it reflects leadership qualities that deserve recognition. He demonstrated problem‑solving skills, empathy, and a commitment to customer care that goes far beyond standard expectations. Raymour & Flanigan is fortunate to have a manager of his caliber. He also made sure we knew about current sales. We later bought living room pieces with Hisham (Sean), who was excellent. He remembered my name from my initial visit over a month earlier and shared in our joy when we told him we had bought a house. He was so happy when we closed! He spent a lot of time helping us and was incredibly patient while I figured out what would work best in our new home. Both Chris and Hisham were professional, kind, and great to work with. Highly recommend this store.
