Last year, we purchased a zero gravity recliner from Relax the Back for my mother to help with her limited mobility and increased pain. The chair needed to be moved three times to different locations. Every time, the excellent staff came out promptly and carefully moved the chair. They made sure it was in exactly the right place and all was set up correctly before they left. One time, it seemed the chair was broken. The staff came out within a couple of hours and kindly showed us how to fix it, even though it was our mistake. The fantastic customer service team makes Relax the Back an easy choice for our next purchase.
View on GoogleThe chairs are super nice, but understandably expensive. What really stands out, however, is the incredible costumer service. I needed to return the chair I initially bought from them because it didn't work well for what I needed, but it was still a good chair for other activities. But even with needing to return the chair, the staff (especially Shalamar, shout out to her) was very understanding and friendly, and even gave me a lot of advice on how to improve my seating situation even without one of their chairs. They genuinely wanted to help me and I really respect that. Thank you guys for such a positive experience!

My experience shopping here was exemplary. Spent 3 hours, working with amazing staff (and the owner), trying every single chair. Their product knowledge was amazing. No pushing, no forcing you to choose anything other than what was right for me. I went in for one thing, and came away with another. Yep - spent more money (my decision), and couldn't be happier with my decision. Add to that the great experience we had with delivery and set-up, we truly had a completely perfect experience from beginning to end. Thanks to everyone at the store who helped me make a great purchase, which i shall enjoy for many years to come.

View on GoogleI have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows for neck pain. I have been having nerve block injections in my neck for some time because of the pain. The next step is a Radiofrequency ablation. My provider advised me to go to Relax the Back to see if I could find some relief in another pillow. Last Saturday I bought an expensive pillow thinking it was just another one to add to my collection. Well.....let me tell you. I have used it for a week and no more neck pain. It is unbelievable for sure. I've had the best sleep in years and no neck pain in the mornings. I'll never buy another pillow any other place. The young lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and so friendly. All I can say is.... Thank you Relax the Back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
