From the moment we walked into the store, Joey was amazing!!!! I’m not the easiest to deal with in retail situations, but I’ve not had an owner make the entire experience so great! His store and memorabilia along with his band showing up for rehearsal was such an awesome experience… if I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you Joey….you literally Rock Out!!!

Just got a matress from Joey at Rock & Roll City Matress and could not be any more pleased. We arrived at his location a little after 6 pm because we went after getting home from work in mentor and traveled to his location on state road. We previously tried many beds at other locations. But when we got to see Joey, he was so knowledgeable, we were very impressed. His location and the name made his location very interesting and before we knew it it was after closing time of 7 and Joey said no problem take your time. We were there till after 730. His stories of how they got started and being a member of a pink floyd cover band was very cool. We had not planned on making a purchase that night but the time & help he gave was something special. We told him we had to check some reviews on the Puffy matress we were thinking about. The following morning we made our decision to get the matress from Joey. Everything was made so easy and we were very excited to hear it would by delivered in 5 to 7 days. Well, yesterday our matress arived when we were told it would be here. Delivery by the father and son team was very pleasant and tjey had everything setup in less than 20 minutes. Last night, we had the best night of sleep we have had in many many years. Everything Joey told us from start to finish was exactly what he said. You have earned our business and we have already referred 2 friends looking for a matress that they only need to go to 1 place and that in Rock & Roll City Matress. Thanks for all your help.
