We had already visited the day before and knew exactly which sectional we wanted, but we had not yet completed our purchase. When we returned, EJ stepped in to assist us, and the experience was completely different. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive from start to finish. Even though we had already selected our furniture, he took the time to answer our questions, explain our options, and make sure we were comfortable with our decision. View on GoogleWill was great! I came in for a specific couch and he git me info on it asap! He let me look and take 20 minutes to decide before politely coming back to check on me. I bought the couch and was out of the store within 5 minutes. This is my second couch from rooms to go and they are my go to! Grey delivery, customer service, and amazing in store selection.
