My wife and I were just recently in Rooms to go she purchased a living room set she absolutely loves it. Our sales associate was Ashley G. She was really amazing, very helpful and responsive. Answered all of our questions and concerns, she would even text us information or measurements on her day off. Very nice person to deal with if you’re looking in the market for new furniture.

My husband woke uo after a brief nap on the sofà he chose while Curtis and I completed the purchase. Thanks Curtis again for your help and my husband looks forward to many more naps on the sofa.

View on GoogleIf you don’t read anything else, read this: GO ASK FOR STANLEY — AND MAKE SURE MIKE IS THERE TOO. Mike, his manager, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Together, they made our experience seamless and guided us every step of the way. You will not regret it. They answered all our questions and gave us the best customer service we’ve ever had. We already have our furniture, and we couldn’t be happier. I’ve been to many furniture stores over the years, including other Rooms To Go locations, but this experience was truly top-notch. From the moment we walked in, Stanley stood out. We had just come from Ashley Furniture, where the salesperson was fine, but just that, a salesperson. Stanley gave us a real memorable experience. Who would’ve thought buying furniture could be fun, lol! He was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately helped us narrow down the best options based on our needs (especially with pets). He even demonstrated how to care for the furniture and explained what materials would work best for us. What I appreciated most was that he never made us feel pressured. He gave us space to browse while still being available when we needed him, something that’s rare and makes a huge difference. This was also a special purchase for us, my boyfriend and I had just moved in together and initially came in for just a couch. We ended up buying our bedroom furniture and mattress as well. Stanley noticed we needed guidance in those areas and took the time to walk us through everything, helped us try different options, and even saved us money. We actually had fun during the process, which says a lot. He was also genuinely helping us, not just trying to make a sale. Mike came by and introduced himself, and that’s when we told him how amazing Stanley had been. From that moment on, Mike became part of our experience as well. He stepped in to assist us whenever Stanley was helping another customer, who, by the way, had come back to purchase even more furniture from him, which says a lot. We did leave the store at first to think things over, and not once did Stanley pressure us. Two hours later, we came back and completed our purchase because the service and deals were simply unmatched. Both Stanley and Mike stayed past closing to make sure we felt confident and comfortable with our decision, and they did it with such a positive attitude. Overall, this was hands down the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a furniture store. The fact that I wrote this much says it all. If you’re coming here, ask for Stanley, you’ll be glad you did.

And the she absolutely SOLD us on one because of a secret button to press. She was amazing at giving us our space while we looked and chose a couch. And was very nice and amazing! Thankful to have bought a couch because of her!!
