I was looking for a specific loveseat I saw online, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by sales associate Lauren Bessett. Lauren was very welcoming and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the loveseat construction, quality of leather, care and maintenance. She suggested that I purchase the 3 year protection plan, along with other items she thought I might be interested in, without giving the impression of being "pushy" or any high pressure sales tactics, which I very much appreciated. I purchased the Duluth loveseat in the Olive Green color, along with the 3 year protection plan, which I felt was a great value at only 10% of the purchase price. It took a month to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait, I absolutely love it! It's the perfect size and color, it's also extremely comfortable and very luxurious feeling. The delivery process was great as well, the guys were super nice, quick and efficient. All around very pleased with my experience with Rooms To Go!

She was amazing helpful, attentive, detailed, and genuinely engaged in helping us find exactly what we needed. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and it was clear she truly cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. We loved working with her and would absolutely choose her again!! At one point it was mentioned that she was new, but you would have never known based on her professionalism and how smoothly she guided us through the process. I hope her leadership team recognizes what a GEM they have in Jennifer.
View on GoogleI am writing to express my frustration with the way my recent purchase was handled. I bought a sectional sofa from your store for $3,300, and I am disappointed with both the product issues and the return policy I was informed about afterward. One piece of the sectional is unnecessary for my living space, and one console is not working properly. Even though the extra item has not been opened, I was told that because I purchased the sofa in-store, I am not allowed to return it and can only exchange it. This policy was not clearly made enough to me at the time of purchase, and I find it very unreasonable compared with other furniture stores. I visited the store in good faith expecting to make a confident purchase, but the current policy has left me stuck with an item that does not fully meet my needs and includes a defective piece. I respectfully ask that you review my case and provide a fair resolution. Please let me know what options are available to resolve this issue.

He is a true professional — very helpful, knowledgeable, and guided us through the entire process of choosing and ordering a table with chairs. The delivery was excellent: everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The delivery team was polite and professional. I ordered mattresses online and Hussain was amazing assisting me with questions I had immediately on the order to make it seamless. He assisted in expediting my delivery and gave great recommendations throughout the process. The delivery team was very courteous and thorough. They were in and out within 10-15 minutes. I definitely recommend anyone to this store.
