Not sure what people are raving about, went in and asked some basic questions about their sale that they've posted all over town and they couldn't answer any questions. I asked if they did bulk pricing and the guy said it was a weird question. Lost out on a possible 20 unit purchase of the same couch for my small business. Even though they were empty, they didn't seem like they wanted to help me with anything. Plus even with the sale it was overpriced for what it is. The customer service alone is a one star, the terrible prices just confirmed it.
View on GoogleI have never been impressed by any retailer, but Samuel's is the one exception. My wife and I made a couple small purchases here, easily 15 years ago. They still knew our names and treated us with respect. They have a great understanding of what the customer wants, which brings an ease of understanding to us. They have to make money too. I'll say it again! These are the kind of local businesses that I am proud to support. Big online companies and retailers are killing the brick and mortar stores, but when businesses like this appreciate their community, the longevity of the business has a bright future. Awesome job, Cheryl!!!
View on GoogleI purchased a tiny home this year and was given a gift certificate to Samuel’s as a housewarming gift from my wonderful realtor and her office’s partnership with Samuel’s. I honestly had no idea what to expect when I went in because I had never been here before, and it ended up being such a fun and pleasant experience. Kind of felt like a museum walking around because it’s so big and there’s so many interesting and pretty things to look at, from gorgeous furniture to framed art prints to decorative pillows and a lot more. Michele greeted and helped me when I came in and gave me space to browse while also having a really nice conversation and explaining to me about the store, and it was really wonderful working with her. I ended up purchasing a pair of adorable polar bear figures that I’m so so so excited about. I recommend anyone to go in to shop here for your home or for a gift, and ask for Michele, she’s awesome!
View on GoogleI bought a loveseat from Samuel's Furniture 8 years ago, I am so happy with it that I asked them if they had the same style in a full size couch. The lovely salesperson Cheryl told me they didn't have one in stock and in fact they were discontinuing this model but she could check and sure enough they could have one made for me. It took a couple of months, she stayed in touch and they delivered exactly what I wanted. I am so thrilled.
View on GoogleBUYER. BEWARE! New lazy boy that has had 5 major replacement parts in first few months of purchase. . Samuel‘s ignores you until their warranty runs out and then they respond. Samuel punched a hole in my wall with a chair when they brought the chair over originally to my house and then tried to say I did it. I’m seventy years old and on a walker and oxygen. . I spent approximately $2200 on a brand new La-Z-Boy recliner that doesn’t recline and sounds like you’re going four wheeling when it rocks. It was purchased October 2024 and it needed repairs almost immediately.. They refuse to replace a refund. Buyer beware
