Nick went above and beyond for us! His customer service was amazing! We had a slight hiccup with our order. And Nick took care of everything and made sure we were completely sastisfied! We visited a few franchises and a discount furniture store that carries its own branded mattress. All of them sold the same run-of-the-mill brands. I stumbled upon Sleep Town Mattress in an Internet search and discovered a store near home. The manager, Nick, was super helpful and informative. We could tell he knew the industry well, and told us about the brands that he carried, most of which are made in the USA, and none of which are manufactured with harmful chemicals used by the big name brands. Nick listened to our situation and recommended a mattress pair and adjustable bed frames. We're in our 120-day trial period. You can't go wrong with Nick and Sleepy Town mattress. We highly recommend this business without hesitation and with no reservations.
