Nick was extremely helpful throughout my visit to the Tempur-Pedic store. He took the time to really understand my needs and helped me make sense of the different mattress options without any pressure. He also went out of his way to look for ways to get me the best deal possible, which I really appreciated. Nick explained everything I purchased clearly and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Nick knows his Matrresses! You can tell he has been working in this field a while. Nick knows alot of specifications right off the top of his head and is great at making comparisons. He is not pushy and very helpful. Im not an impulse buyer so I will be back and only buy from him. Such a nice and respectful guy

We have had a Tempur-Pedic Split King mattress and motorized power base for many years. After deciding it was now time to purchase a new split King mattress and having been extremely pleased with the quality, comfort, support, and excellent motion isolation or very low motion transfer from the Tempur-Pedic brand, we went to the Tempur-Pedic Flagship store in the Arboretum here in Austin and met with sales person William Szeneri. He was extremely knowledgable about all the mattress models and being a Flagship store, he had all the models available on the floor to view and try out, unlike other mattress stores that sell other brands as well and have only a limited few Tempur-Pedic models to view and experience. There are some additional benefits to purchasing directly from a Tempur-Pedic Flagship store as well.
I recommend that you go specifically to this Flagship store in the Arboretum for excellent assistance and inventory when you are ready for a new and excellent mattress product, which for us, Tempur-Pedic has proven to hold up well over a long time. Since our power base units are still functioning like new we will keep them as they are compatible with the new Tempur-Pedic mattresses we ordered. For those of you who have not experienced owning a power base for your mattress such a built in massage, multiple positions for your back and legs, lumbar support adjustments, and other features, you have a treat in store should you purchase a power base with the new mattress.
It was a pleasure meeting and working with Mr. Szeneri as he genuinely wanted to help us in a caring and friendly manner to find the right mattress to suit our needs, for which we personally concluded was the Lux Adapt Hybrid, split King model. Thank you very much William!

We have had our Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 15 years, and while it's still going strong, after my husband had been diagnosed with sleep apnea, we decided we should replace it with a better system for his needs. We went to the flagship store as we had a lot of questions, and that's how we met Will. He was great to work with, and he told us so many things we didn't know. We ended up getting a perfect system with the split king base and mattress. Hopefully, I can get some sleep now. I recommend going to a Tempur-Pedic flagship store; they know their products and are up to date on discounts and other ways to save money.
