I stopped in to get a pillow, and Shaun and Joseph were absolutely amazing. They showed me all the options and explained how each pillow would help with my sleep. I am very picky about pillows, and this new one is incredible. Super soft, but also supportive!

Shaun helped me understand all the different options. I really fell in love with one, but unfortunately, it was a bit out of my price range. He worked with me to try to find a bed that would work within my budget, and even offered 4 year financing. I didn't buy today, but in the future, I know what I'm going to get!

UPDATE: Shaun was great. The product…not so much.
After four short months, my $10,000 bed is causing me to wake up with back pain every single day. We purchased the soft mattress, and while it had the perfect amount of support initially, as it has broken in it has become too soft. Now I’m sinking into it and, since I’m a side sleeper, I end up rolling slightly forward or backward at the hips in my sleep, which causes massive lower back pain the following morning.
While that is a huge let down on its own, Tempur-Pedic’s response is far more disappointing. Since it took me more than 90 days to realize it was the bed causing my pain and not my peri-menopausal body being weird (I discovered this by sleeping in our spare room on our firmer $450 Amazon mattress several nights in a row), they WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT.
I was told to raise the foot of the mattress with the base (which causes pain in the rib area for a side sleeper), add a topper (which will only make it softer), and measure the mattress to see if there’s an obvious impression in it. They will NOT trade the soft mattress for a firm one because it took me closer to four months to discover the cause of my pain rather than three.
So, buyer beware! You cannot rely on feedback/reviews of people who have had their mattresses for 10 - 20 years, like I made the mistake of doing. Because, upon the extremely disappointing response from Tempur-Pedic I looked into online reviews of their products and learned that the newer products are nothing like the older ones and what I’m experiencing is frustratingly common. So, now I’m sleeping on a $10,000 bed that not only causes back pain, but still allows me to feel every single movement of my spouse (despite them guaranteeing otherwise). PLEASE save yourself the massive investment, back pain, and frustration and buy a different brand.
My stop at this store was such a happy accident! I was in Spokane visiting a friend (I live almost 4 hours away) and we decided to walk through the mall. As we passed the store, I noticed the pillows on display and wanted to check them out. I had a C5-C6 disc replacement in my neck and since then it’s been really tough to find a pillow that’s comfortable.
I met Shaun and he was happy to let me test the pillows to make sure I’d get the one that worked best for me (while testing the pillows, I found the mattress to be quite comfortable as well). While purchasing the pillow I was joking with my friend (who has a 19-year-old Tempur-Pedic) about finding a mattress that would prevent me from feeling my husband’s flopping around at night, and then we were on our way.
What I found amazing, other than how comfortable the pillow was, was the fact that Shaun followed up with a text the next day to see how I did with the pillow. He also mentioned the specials that were running on mattresses and financing, and assured me that we could find one that would give me a better night’s sleep.
To try and make a long story short, I returned home, talked to my husband about it, we spent a week considering our options, and then I purchased the mattress through Shaun (who had kept in touch the entire time).
Our mattress was delivered yesterday (the delivery team was amazing) and I had the best sleep I’ve had in longer than I can remember!
Thanks to a chance encounter with Shaun while I was in Spokane, I’m now sleeping more soundly and without pain. Thank you, Shaun!
