Stay away from the brand! I ordered a Tempur Pedic brand topper for my daughter to put on the bed on her way to college. We opened the package a while after the package arrived home. The package was sloppy wrapped and there was a woman's hair and dirt on it in a color that was never at home. Thinking that it had fallen on the floor or was a used product, we immediately objected. Customer service saw the attached photos from us. With the decision of the supervisor (customer service), it was said that there was no problem with this product and the case was closed. Then they were given a written second email and document warning. They ignored it. Today, in the correspondence you will see in the attachment, I came across a customer service employee named (Ted S.) who told me why did you look at the product late? If my supervisor said that there is no problem with this product, then there is no problem. I warn everyone who will shop from this brand. The brand has grown so big that it does not accept that it provides defective service and does not listen to its customers. So they will have to go to the small claim court and explain their lawyer's explanation to the judge. No one can sell me a second-hand product. I didn't buy it on used site, I shopped on their site.
View on GoogleWas looking for a good neck pillow and ordered the wrong size. I bought two. I wanted to return the one that had not been opened yet and they wouldn’t authorize an exchange. You have to buy a new pillow outright and just keep the others. Absolutely asinine. I understand if the customer opens it but I didn’t even open the second pillow. Maybe I should have looked at the google reviews first before my purchase 😂 well, like I told the rep. I won’t be buying another item from tempur pedic for as long as I live. You guys are very unprofessional. In this scenario a return should be accepted. I have 75k subs on socials and I’ll be sure to do a YouTube video review and tell our followers who not to buy from. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen
View on GoogleAfter having back problems for years someone convinced me to try a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Instead of going full in, I decided to tip my toe in the water with a a topper. Well, I would recommend highly against going with them online. After our package arrived damaged...The shipping box was fine, but when we opened it, the mattress cover was ripped and the foam had a chunk cut out of it. On top of that, there were obvious stains on the topper. We immediately called the customer service line, and after waiting periods of 2 hrs, 3 hrs and 4 hrs tried a local store. The store was great and said they would send an email to corporate. Well, after 3 weeks we finally got an email from the online store stating we had to go through their lengthy warranty process which would take weeks. So, please save yourself the Customer Service NIGHTMARE and go with another option for your mattress needs.
