Xavier was a great help, and the store was fantastic. We bought a split king, with different brands and firmnesses. We purchased the fully optioned tilt frames. They stayed past closing so I could get my truck and load up. Great place. Thanks again.

I had an amazing experience at The Big Mattress Outlet in Calhoun, GA! Joe was incredibly attentive and took the time to ask all the right questions to understand my needs. As a side sleeper, I’ve always woken up stiff and with lower back pain, but thanks to Joe’s expert advice, I found the perfect mattress that has made a huge difference. Xavier was very helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. I decided on an outstanding floor model for a fraction of the original price. I plan to return soon to purchase a set of sheets- great feel for a great price!

WOW!! If you have not been a customer of The Big Mattress Outlet, then I highly recommend becoming one. We bought a bed for my son from someone else and the rails did not convert to a queen. They only had the bolt on rails but had the converter. However they did not realize the bed had a head board and foot board so it did not work. Kelly was phenomenal and promised to fix it or reimburse me. She sent her guys out here today to fix my son's bed. Customer service does not get better than this yall. Thank you to Kelly and Xavier and the team that came out to fix the bed. We are customers for life.
