Extremely disappointed with the lack of follow up, with them dropping the ball, and going from a “3-4 weeks wait time” to 8 weeks for a couch delivery. We had agreed, and had it signed on paper to have our piece of furniture sent the quickest way possible, even expecting a $100 up charge to make sure we received it at 4 weeks, and instead, nothing was done, and had to call myself to get some sort of information about our delivery. They offered to give us the used one they have on the floor to “make it right” at the same price. As if what had just happened wasn’t bad enough. Sure, I’ll take a used one for the same price. Give me a break. Nothing but “I’m sorry” “it is what it is.” Do better.

View on GoogleWas in to look at the prices of the Dreamline mattress, after finding out that the place where they are made does not sell to the public. A little pricey, so will look into just putting on a pad.
