I just got my mattress from Mattress Connection of Frederick. The customer service was great. My critical questions were answered and Joe, the shop rep was not concerned when I was using my phone to compare prices from other shops and online. He is very knowledgeable in mattress issues and gives good advice to enable you make your choice decisions. At the end of it I got a good deal and very satisfied with my purchase. I will recommend this shop to anyone.

View on GoogleI’m a repeat customer, and after two experiences five years apart, I can confidently say Joe and Mattress Connection are exceptional. Five years ago, I purchased a Stearns & Foster mattress from the Rockville store. It was hands down the best mattress buying experience I’ve ever had. Completely honest, zero pressure, and incredibly knowledgeable. I tried a mattress, went home, brought my wife back a few days later, and we purchased it. At no point did we feel rushed or pushed. Just great guidance and professionalism. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I needed new mattresses and was disappointed to learn the Rockville store had closed. I ended up going to another highly rated store. The experience was high pressure, and although I bought a few mattresses, I didn’t feel great about it. I was also looking for a specific adjustable base with a unique tilt feature that only Mattress Connection carries. No one else has it. So I called the Frederick location, even though it’s a bit of a drive, and connected with Joe. From the first conversation, it was clear I was dealing with someone different. I explained my situation, and Joe was incredibly helpful. He offered the base at a discount and took the time to walk through everything with me. No pressure. Just honest advice and deep knowledge. Because of how great the experience was with Joe, I actually canceled my previous order at the other store. In the end, I purchased all of my mattresses and bases through Joe for less than what I was originally charged elsewhere for the same mattresses. Delivery was easy, professional, and on time. Joe genuinely loves what he does, and it shows. He wants to help you make the right decision, not just make a sale. His knowledge is unmatched compared to other stores in the area.
