Thank you very much for a great customer service, kindness, excellent quality and prices. Before coming here we had gone to another store and the first impression was the worst. No customer service, poor quality and their prices were expensive. We immediately left. We recently moved to Lancaster. I started looking for a mattress store and we found The Mattress Warehouse. I was reading their comments and we decided to go. What a big difference .... Dawn greeted us, asked how we were doing and how she could help us. Thank you very much Dawn for making us feel like family. They have a lot of variety of very good quality and excellent prices. We liked it so much that we decided to return the next day to buy more. 😁

I purchased exactly what I wanted and paid a perfect price. The delivery was on point, and I received a call the previous day to confirm delivery. The bed was delivered and put together in less than half an hour. Thank you so much for a pleasant transaction.

With plenty of options to choose from, and unbeatable prices, we Got a great price on our sons twin bed. The store was clean and Harmony is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Had product in stock for same day take home. I would recommend them to any friends and family.
View on GoogleThis was a no-hoopla shopping experience... which I do appreciate. Most mattress stores are huge, tiring to walk through, and feel staffed by retired car salesmen. I was shopping for a quality mattress, but didn't feel like paying double its value to help pay the rent for a huge showroom and salesman commissions. This place is small, but accommodating. They will get you, what you want, or the brand you want...without the need to be sitting in a lazy-boy as they inform you of the price. Again, low overhead means YOU pay less. They were not able to deliver it as I had hoped. I needed it on short notice, and their trucks were already booked. At the expense of losing the sale, they declined delivery for the date I needed it. My wife was already walking out, when I agreed to rent a truck to pick up the mattress/box spring set. Why? Most places would not chance risking a sale for delivery(commissions are lost). They will instead write up the invoice, charge your card, then inform you hours or days later that the delivery can't be made at your convenience. At that point they already have your money, and they know that very few want to go through that shopping experience again, at another store. How long does it take to get fully refunded on a debit or credit card? Typically 5-7 days. It's best to wait for the delivery truck, and they know it.

If you are looking for or even thinking about getting a mattress of any kind, I would highly encourage you to make a trip to The Mattress Warehouse. Not only are the people there professional and friendly, they are local and have a lot of experience in the Mattress industry. Their customer service is simply unmatched. I got myself a Maxim King mattress and have never slept better!! They also have great bed frame options. The place is COVID-19 conscious, clean, thoughtful, and safe. The shopping experience was enjoyable, prices are affordable and delivery was hassle free. 10/10 would recommend!!
