As soon we walked in for our 1pm appointment we felt comfortable with one of the owners (Eric) and he was quite relaxed so this made us feel at ease. Looking into the showroom there was maybe 40 beds setup to choose so I knew this would take some time to go through them and test them for my particular needs. This is where Eric was very helpful with all my questions in which were answered honestly and we had learned many new aspects about these types of mattress's. Delivery to my home was very quick considering it was the Memorial Day weekend. I highly recommend the Online mattress store, it was certainly worth my drive from Omro.

Eric was great to work with, answered all our questions and let us check out all the mattresses without any pressure, which we appreciated. He kept his promises, and we love our new Winkbed. Also like the warranty offered at the store!

We had a great experience at The Online Mattress Store. We were looking to replace our current master mattress with a lower toxic, more natural/organic mattress option. The Online Mattress Store was the only store in our area that had an assortment of these types of mattresses to try in-store. Eric was very knowledgeable in guiding us toward the mattress we were looking for, and offered competitive pricing along with a 100 day sleep trial option. We will absolutely be back for all of our future mattress purchases!

I highly recommend the Online Mattress Store - so happy I found them! We were looking for a new mattress to replace our old original Leesa & saw that they had many of the top-rated online brands (like Leesa, Helix, Puffy, etc). After reading all of the many positive reviews I had to see the place for myself. I made an appointment on their online site for the same day - or you can just call/text- but don't hesitate! The reason for appointments - is that they want you to have the place to yourself without other noise and distractions from other customers or pushy salespeople. I found that REALLY helps. Plus the lighting in the store is subtle, the music in background is relaxing, and the place and beds are super clean! Eric - one of the coowner's with his wife - is super friendly and professional - fount of mattress knowledge. You can tell he has a passion for helping people - not just for selling you a mattress. Plus, he quoted a lower price than I could get online! A hidden gem for Brown and Door County and worth a visit!

We had a great experience utilizing this convenient business. It was a perfect solution to ensure the mattress we purchased was exactly what we were looking for. Even though we were from out of the area, they were willing to work with us in case we needed to return our mattress during the 100 day trial. We are still in the trial period, but since we had tested it in the store, as expected the mattress is ideal and will not be going back. We would definitely use this business in the future and highly recommend it to others.
