This was our second time at At the original mattress factory. The first time was in Orlando back in 2004 , we were very happy with the service and price then as well now. Our trip to the Villages store was a good distance, we live in Tavares Fl. The trip was worth it. Our salesman, Vic , was kind and generous with his time. Not at all pushy, looked up our last purchase and told us which mattress we purchased last time and explained the features of all the other mattresses as well . We purchased a different version this time as we are much older and wanted something a little softer. The experience was very nice and we will be back for another for the guest room after a few weeks of trying out this purchase. Ask for Vic , he’s very pleasant and a good guy. True to his word.

We are very pleased with our recent purchase of a mattress and 2 pillows. The display room was orderly and clean; the representative was friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery team was courteous and efficient. Could not ask for a better experience for purchasing an item. After 4 days of use, we are happy with the purchases.

We recently purchased 2 Queen mattresses from OMF. The store sales person was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to our questions/needs, with absolutely no pressure tactics. Choosing the right mattresses for us was easy. Delivery was right on schedule and assembled without a hitch. Wish all transactions were this pleasant

Recently moved to Ocala. We had purchased mattresses through OMF before in VA. Had a great experience there. We traveled to the closest one near Ocala, (a bit of a drive, well worth the trip) had another great experience. The salesman was top notch, explained everything to us and was extremely helpful. The delivery guys were great, very professional. Overall a wonderful experience, great customer service.
