No pressure salesman (Jonathan) who gave honest advice, and even informed us of the perks, such as trial period, no delivery charge, and even tax-free werkend. He's quite knowledgeable in the different brands, models, structure, and even the competition. Best mattress store experience. I do recommend this place. We did decide to go for the mattress purchase here.

My husband and I purchased a king mattress from The Sleep Center in Ocala, Fl. The sales person Dustin was very nice and knowledgeable and helped us find the best one to suit our needs. The delivery guys, Bisket and Steven were very nice they delivered and set it up. They also were understanding and allowed me to take the time I needed to vacuum and clean. My wife and I stopped into the Ocala Location store this afternoon looking to purchase a new mattress. We were met by the store clerk Dustin J. who was very friendly and ready to serve our needs and wants. After explaining to Dustin what we were looking for in a mattress, he began showing us around the store pointing out different mattresses to suit our wants. He did an outstanding job going above and beyond to reach our financial needs. As my wife and I contemplated our wants and needs with each other, Dustin continued showing us our options but did not rush us into a purchase decision. Once we finally came to a conclusion on a purchase Dustin delighted us with the future steps involved and explained the full process in detail. We left feeling our experience was something of our own and not pushed onto us to make a sale. Thank you Dustin for making our experience and purchase at your location a great one.

I went in to the store in The Villages and spoke to Jonathan and he educated me on many types of beds and I never felt pressured at all. He said they had the kind that I liked in stock, we could have it tomorrow. I asked him if he could do it in the latter part of the day and he said that would not be a problem. The delivery men, Biscuit and Stephen showed up on time , and they were very helpful with everything. They helped me put on the bed skirt, the mattress cover, and the boxspring cover as well, which I would not have expected them to do but they didn't mind at all. This was a very pleasant experience and I'm glad I went there.

We bought our mattress here last winter. We had no other furniture but a great mattress. So informative and helpful. The Stern and foster is the best mattress I have ever owned. We went back this winter to get a queen mattress for our guest room. As I told Brent we may never get rid of our guest, they will be too comfortable, lol!
