DR MARTY AND DR TEENA WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT! LOVE MY NEW WATERBED. HAVE BEEN SLEEPING ON AN OLD CAL. KING HARDSIDE FREE FLOW SINCE 1994. IT WAS TIME FOR A NEW ONE THAT IS 90% WAVELESS. GLAD I WENT WITH THE WATERBED DOCTOR FOR A BRAND NEW CALIFORNIA KING HARDSIDE. SHIPPED PROMPTLY AND HASSLE FREE

Absolutely wonderful. We were so happy to find this store to purchase a water tube bed! They make the process easy and convenient. The bed was delivered quickly and assembly of the bed was super easy. We love our bed! Thank you!

I have never been so satisfied with a company as I was with The Waterbed Doctor. My sales rep was Jerry. He was professional, responsive and attentive. I have referred all of my friends and family. The bedroom I chose was exceptional!! The quality of the products were very high quality and more than I expected. I’ve not had such a comfortable nights sleep in a very long time. I’m an older person and on a conventional mattress, I have woken with neck and hip pain, slowly to recover throughout the morning. Not with this fabulous waterbed mattress! Thank you all so much! Very happy customer here!!

This is the second mattress we purchased from the Waterbed Doctor. My package from UPS was supposedly delivered, but not to us. We finally got the mattress that evening. Customer service was excellent and they followed-up to make sure we received our mattress. Excellent customer service is rare these days! Highly recommend the Waterbed Doctor.

When I tell you the owner Marty and staff Jerry are amazing !!!!! They are kind with the BEST customer service EVER!!!!! The company I ordered from the first two times no longer made my bed Marty did ALL he could to help is meet our needs. I highly recommend Mattress Doctor for all your waterbed needs. Thanks so much for all you did to help us achieve good sleep Marty. Even helping us in a weekend and holiday. Never did they have an attitude. They always wanted to assist. Thank you!!!!!!!
