Excellent customer service! We were fortunate to work with the owner and he really knows beds! We went in there convinced that we were going to get the same bed our daughter and son-in-law had purchased from them. Even so, he encouraged us to try all the other beds and shared in detail the difference between them. He went above and beyond trying to meet our needs. The delivery crew even helped me disassemble my old bed frame when I couldn't locate our drill! We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend!

This review is over a month late but better late than never. (Purchased mattress over the Memorial Day weekend)
Main reason it’s late is because I wanted to try the mattress for several weeks to ensure it was good for my back, comfortable, better sleep, etc.
I’m extremely pleased with my king size mattress from today’s bed, it’s met all my criteria.
Today’s Bed is easy to miss and tucked away in Woodbury. I only found it because it’s next to my car wash. And after passing by the store on many occasions I decided to look at some reviews. And after reading the reviews I knew I had to stop in the store.
Upon entering Today’s bed you will be greeted by Scott, who’s pretty much a one man show over at today's bed. I have nothing but great things to say about Scott. He’s personable, courteous, welcoming, and legitimately has your best interest when trying to pick out a mattress.
As someone that doesn’t know anything about mattresses and someone that hates to do any sort of shopping, I sincerely felt like I was in great hands by Scott.
I was in the store for easily over an hour and during that time Scott had me try several mattresses, he took the time to look at my alignment as I lay on each mattress and was incredibly patient with me for the whole duration. Not once did I ever feel rush or pressured into buying a mattress.
Scott, thanks for making my shopping experience so enjoyable.

Today’s bed has. Web a great experience. Scott the owner and manager gives individual appointments to personalize one’s needs. He took as long as we needed and helped to decide the best fit within budget.
Even after 40 days we were able to exchange our adjustable split king for one adjustable King, he was so helpful.
Scott was eager to answer all our questions even after purchase. He went above and beyond what any other store would do.
. The mattresses are made in the USA in MN as we order but it only took 2 weeks to be made and delivered.
We will only buy our beds At Todays Bed

I am the wife of the guy who hadn't slept in our bed for a year due to back pain.
I had met Scott, the owner of Today's Bed, several years ago at the coffee shop I was moonlighting at. He and his son were regulars.
Today's Bed is a family-owned business. It's not a franchise. Scott knows his stuff upside down from sideways from the mattress construction, materials, neck/back alignment, and what position you sleep in.
Mattress shopping is supremely daunting. I have no idea what to look for in this investment which is why I wasn't willing to wing it online or Costco without talking to Scott first.
Our experience was a full-service fitting. The right mattress became clear over the course of trying out different mattresses and options.
The mattresses are all made in the USA and we also bought bamboo sheets with extra gripping on the fitted sheet for the adjustable base and a mattress cover. We learned that, with the mattress we picked out, we wouldn't need an extra topper or memory foam anything. In fact, Scott will happily tell you all about memory foam and how it's not all created equal.
Everything was delivered to our home in rural Wisconsin earlier than expected and the lead delivery fellow was very conscientious with the setup. Ahead of delivery, we received great proactive communications.
Even knowing Scott, the entire experience had a Wow factor. I didn't think the pricing was out of line either. Scott will even tell you if a better sale is coming up.
I happen to know that Scott has expertise for pairing folks with sensory issues with a mattress. There is also a custom pillow making station.
I seriously wouldn't want my family or friends to go anywhere else.
Oh yeah, it's also nice to have my husband back in bed. I like the Anti-Snore feature on the adjustable base. 😉

When we decided to buy an adjustable bed, we made a list of sellers in the Twin Cities. Based on a recommendation from a friend and since Today’s Bed was in Woodbury, we went there first. Scott spent a considerable amount of time giving us an in-depth primer providing expert advice on evaluating mattress options based on our sleeping habits. We tried several mattresses until we found one that felt great and provided the proper spinal alignment and support. It was time well spent. Afterwards, it was clear that there was no need to shop anywhere else. Our timing was great since the Spring sale was about to begin. Scott, thank you so much for the unexpected upgrade! We could not have asked for a better sales experience!
