View on GoogleThe people at the drop off location were very friendly and helpful when I returned the truck. The guy immediately got up from his seat and came to greet me. This location had nice personnel and provided a great customer service experience.

View on GoogleSuper staff! They had the U Haul equipment I needed available and did their very best to get us out the door quickly. I'm booking with them again and going a bit out of my way to go back to this location - they were than nice : ) Only opportunity for improvement is on the U-Haul corporate end...if you have online booking and online check-in - it would be great if you could just 'grab and go' the equipment versus having your staff need to complete the process....it seems to defeat the purpose of doing it online in advance. I've found this to be the same issue w/other Haul locations - hence my comment.
