WARNING: Do Not Shop Here! If you're considering visiting this store or purchasing a mattress from it, think twice! My experience was absolutely horrendous. The product I received was defective, and the store owner was incredibly rude, arrogant, and even went so far as to insult me personally. I wouldn’t recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Delivery Nightmare The delivery was over an hour late, and when they finally arrived, there was only one person. I had to help carry the mattress myself from the first floor to the fourth. The first mattress they sent had loose stitching at the corners and severe external damage (I have pictures), but what’s worse is that I bought a brand-new mattress. When I contacted the store, they said it was a mistake and offered to send a replacement. More Issues with Replacement The next day, I had to help the delivery guy again, both to take the old mattress down and bring the new one up. As soon as I laid on the replacement mattress, I knew something was off. It didn’t feel like the same brand or model I tried in the store. It was soft and saggy, with no support at all. When I tried to verify if it was genuine, I discovered the label that proves authenticity had been cut off. I called the store, and they claimed they made another mistake—the second mattress was also incorrect. This was just two days after I placed my order, and they already messed up twice! Terrible Service Due to the store’s lack of care about product quality, I had to personally assist with moving the mattresses each time, which was time-consuming and exhausting. I decided to request a refund, since the mattress hadn’t been used at all, but guess what the store owner said? He refused to refund me unless I paid a $200 delivery fee! Keep in mind, I did most of the delivery work myself. If anyone should be paid a delivery fee, it should be me! The most outrageous part is that the store owner had the audacity to say that for the price I paid ($650), this poor service was all I deserved. Can you believe a store owner would say something like that? I can’t believe such an arrogant, deceitful business exists in the U.S. market. If you’re thinking of buying a mattress, don’t be fooled by a few good reviews on Google. Shop around, go to a large chain store with good after-sales service and products that are guaranteed to be free of defects. But if you want to buy a fake, defective mattress and be insulted by the store owner, then by all means, go ahead.

I had an excellent experience at this mattress store from start to finish. Ricardo was incredibly knowledgeable without being pushy, which made the whole process feel relaxed and easy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for comfort, support, and budget and guided me to a few great options that fit perfectly.

Andrew and his team were awesome to work with. I had a ton of questions (the prices seemed a bit “too good to be true”), and Andrew was a lot more accommodating and patient with me than many others would have been. I’m SUPER grateful, too, because we got an unbeatable deal on the Saatva Latex Hybrid mattress that they delivered… all of the way down to us in New Braunfels – on Labor Day at that. I can’t recommend him and 1/2 Price Mattresses enough!
