What an amazing experience working with the owner! He is one of the kindest people in the world. Needed a Queen size mattress and box spring for a client at my Adult Day care. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get him a super nice pillow top mattress and box spring for the exact budget we had. Not to mention he went out if his way to deliver it to make sure my client could get a good night's rest! I will ALWAYS go here if I ever need a mattress or box spring! If you're trying to figure out where to buy your next mattress.... Support this small business. They are in the business of making customers happy by any means necessary!!! Thanks again!!!

7/7/26 I want to provide an update to my original 1-start review because the owner definitely went above and beyond and responded quickly to make sure we were happy with our experience. He worked to refund our money quickly and then let us keep the mattress until we got our new replacement (well over 2 months), so we weren't left sleeping on the floor. He demonstrated empathy and old school customer is always right mindset which seems to be fading these days. Thank you so much, Edward and God bless you! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My husband and I recently had a very disappointing experience with 321 Mattress. We are in the market for a new mattress because our current one is causing shoulder and hip stress because we are both side sleepers. After research and visiting stores, we decided we need a plush mattress. We purchased a mattress with 321 Mattress - North KC location, after quasi testing it out. Testing a mattress in a couple minutes that's still in plastic is not the best test. But we purchased the mattress after the manager said that we could return it within 30 days for a refund if we didn't like the mattress as long as we also purchased the mattress protector. After 2 weeks of sleeping on the mattress, we decided that it's still too firm. When I personally called to understand return methods for getting the mattress back to the store, I was greeted with we only do exchanges and not refunds by the same person who sold us the mattress. We were given the option of testing out a more plush option that is more than double the price of the mattress we purchased. It's a different brand and one my husband does not like. The communication was not honest. We're also unclear as to how they decide pricing. The only reason I'm giving this store a 1 star is because there is a young lady at the OP location that was sweet trying to offer the more plush option at 50% of the price. But when she called her district manager it was denied. We won't be going back and forced to sell the mattress we have. Which is sad because my husband has recommended several people to this company and has purchased mattresses for family members at this store.

Whitney STRIKES again ‼️💯👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I have been in several times and she has ALWAYS been courteous and helpful. Shopping for my 96 year old dad can be difficult, but Whitney made it easy and she accommodated all my needs, from testing different mattresses to letting me pick my exact appointment for delivery. She is the first person I visit anymore, and lately the ONLY one I need to visit. I am grateful for her help and kindness. All the way down to us rolling my dad on one of her office chairs, so he didn't have to shuffle that long distance. Bless you girl, I will be back, and bring others with me.

This is the third mattress and base I’ve purchased from here. We are so glad to see they are under original ownership again. Whitney was amazing! Thank you for the easy painless process can’t wait for the new mattress delivery.
